Practical sessions for Export Custom Clearance: Practical training on how to prepare export documents like invoice, packing list. Developing skills to understand compulsory pre-shipment inspection certificate, shipper’s declaration, SDF, certificate of origin and any other documents which shall be required for export custom clearance. preparing checklist for various shipping bills, like Free Shipping Bill, Dutiable Shipping Bill, Drawback Shipping Bill and Ex-bond Shipping Bill on remote EDI Software for EDI custom clearance and understand how to use e-SANCHIT to upload all supporting documents related to Export custom clearance. Practical exposure for scrutinizing the documents before sending to customs, Preparing draft Bill of Lading and SI Submission.

Imparting effective organizational skills and how to communicate and build relations with senior managers, custom officers, field staff and principals.

Practical sessions for Import Custom Clearance: learn how to Prepare import custom clearance related documents like Home consumption Bill of Entry, Into Bond and Ex-bond Bill of Entry in remote EDI software.  Develop skills to understand pre-shipment inspection certificate, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, GSP certificate and various other cargo and schemes related details and documents required for import custom clearance.

Role play as an import custom clearance documentation executive, communicating with importers, senior managers, field staff and custom officers.

Subject wise books will be provided to each participant. The content is written in simple English language which is very easy to understand. The course content includes entire export-import, customs, freight forwarding procedures and business activities.

Each lecture will be followed by projects and assignments to enable participants thoroughly understand the subject matter.

Examination

After completing the course, assessment will be conducted by Logistics Sector Skill Council.

Marksheet and Certificate

After successfully clearing Logistics Sector Skill Council’s Assessment, the candidate will be awarded NSQF 4 level ‘EXIM Executive’ certificate.
